Pricing

Each web site is different and customized, so it is difficult to have a package price. As with any service, price is proportional to the complexity of your requirements. So keep the fine print in mind.
 

 
1 Page Personal Web Site
  • Basic web page for personal use includes your text in .txt format and an email button for mail sent from your site to you.
  • Insertion of hyper links.
  • Insertion of Meta Tags.
  • Installation on your web space.
  • Submission to top 5 search engines.
  • Scanned pictures are $10.00 per picture for personal web sites.
    You supply the photograph(s).

1 Page Business Starter Web Site
  • Import your existing logo or we can create a logo.
  • Insertion of hyper links.
  • Insertion of Meta Tags.
  • Installation on your web space.
  • Submission to top 5 search engines.

3 Page Business Starter Web Site
  • Import your existing logo or we can create a logo.

Additional Services
  • Additional Pages: $55.00 per page.
  • Button Mouse-over: Available upon request.
  • Counter for Web Page: Available upon request.
  • Disk Copy: $15.00.
    An Original copy of your web site on CD or a 3.5 disk. Disks are shipped via US Postal Service.
  • Page Modifications: $35.00 per hour.
    This fee is for any page modifications requested after final approval of the project. A one hour minimum charge is required.
  • Web Site Update: $40.00 per page.
  • We can update the look of your present web site with a new layout, colors, and graphics. This requires using your current site information only. Any modifications to text or graphics is billed at $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge.


If you have graphics AND a background you would like to use,
either send them to us to be scanned or on a 3.5 disk ,
in a .gif or .jpg format.


The fine print: These "starter" deals do not include web site hosting,
email access, frames, java, javascript, forms, CGI, CSS, DHTML, custom graphic work (other than stated) or content creation. All work outside the scope of this offer will be charged on a per piece basis, at an hourly rate of $60.00. Prices given assume receipt of content via email
or snailmail in digital format.


Terms
We use a standard written contract to outline the services you have requested. All fees are presented as "best estimate" and are subject to change per clients request for added services during the design project. We require a deposit of %50 of the total estimate to initate work. The balance is to be paid within 5(five)days upon final approval. We currently accept personal checks, business checks, or Postal Money Orders. Personal checks must clear before work is initated. Please make checks
and money orders payable to John Moynihan.
